This is where self-compassion begins. You’ll learn how to recognize and interrupt the critical inner voice that fuels doubt, comparison, and second-guessing.

I created The Midlife Reset because I’ve seen too many women blame themselves for something that is actually natural: outgrowing the version of life they built.
I know this personally. I’ve navigated my own seasons of change—menopause, becoming an empty nester, career shifts, and the quiet identity questions that come when the roles that once defined you no longer fit the same way. And like so many women, I didn’t immediately recognize these changes as transitions. I saw them as personal failures.
My inner Judge had a lot to say.
You should be more grateful. You should have this figured out by now. What’s wrong with you? You're all alone.
My Saboteurs were loud, too—pushing me to over-function, over-analyze, minimize my needs, and keep powering through instead of pausing to listen.
But what I eventually learned—and what I now teach—is this:
There is nothing wrong with you when your life asks you to change.
There is wisdom in that discomfort.
As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Positive Intelligence® Coach, I help women stop fighting themselves and start understanding what’s actually happening beneath the surface. I teach mental fitness, emotional resilience, and self-trust—not so women can “fix” themselves, but so they can finally hear themselves (and quiet the inner critic).
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are—beneath the roles, expectations, and old stories.
